Betterfit > Fitness Tips  > Normally I train with a higher volume approach (completing more sets) .. but we were limited for time so threw in a few sneaky intensity techniques (like rest pause sets, dropsets, partial reps etc) so that we were still able to get a lot of work done in a short period of time which left me completely wrecked !!
