How To Plank For Best Results

If you think planks are easy it’s possible that you’re either:
👉Doing a variation that isn’t challenging enough for you 
or
👉You’re doing them with not-so-stellar form.

Let’s tackle form first:
❌Don’t pop your hips up
❌Don’t let those hips sag either
❌Don’t let your head drop or crane it up

Do:
✅Stack elbows under shoulders
✅Keep your body in a straight line
✅Tuck your pelvis under, squeeze
